schnowwwinnng!

its 148am outside and its snowwwinnng! :D i was squealing and gleefully jumpingup and down like a little girl outside the abel's house just now. everyone's out of
their houses in pj's and throwing snowballs at each other. ^_^ no preddy pictures
to show you coz i was too busy enjoying my snow. standing in the middle of the
road with snow falling down on your face. HEEEEEEEE.

okays nak tidur. just thought i'd record down how im feeling on this really awesome
night. PURE GLEE.

xxx {edits} xxxx

it's 2 hours later and im back in my room, all warm and fiery from the maggi mee's
that we ate in doreen's kitchen (straight out from the pot) after round two of
snow playing. for the record, i was living on 3 hours of sleep since Saturday and
was telling everyone how im was goona go off and schleep when Yue Han calls
and gets us all outside. we went MAD. like the kiddiest of the kids, with snow angels
pelting snowballs, loads of selt timer shots with snowbombs, a mini wedding dress
snowman and a silly video attempt at broadcasting this news on Yue Han's camera.

and this time we have pictures! it's nights like these that will never be forgotten and
forever imprinted into that happy-memory-bank, waiting to be reminisced and retold.
Thank you God for answering my mini-back-of-my-mind-prayer/wishful-thinking.
It's true, He cares for us, even in the tiniest of things. :D

blessed with great company

the other week, Kar Mun mentioned something about a Jap & Thai buffet, to which I starting jumping up and down like a small kid as they planned to make a trip there. The place was in Edgeware; on the outskirts of London and a 3.50pound bus ride from Hatfield. Did not manage to take a single picture of the restaurant or food -
mainly because 1. it was wayyy to dark and 2. we were too busy looking at the menu and ordering every single thing. Anyhow, I shall refrain from talking about the food
lest i get some bad craving for it later and ruin all my dieting efforts.

we missed the bus back to London and had to wait out in the cold for an hour for the other bus. You might think - waiting and the cold couldn't be a good combination
at all but really, the company that made up for it all. While I was editing the pictures, I couldn't help thanking God for the amazing people He sent around me. Nothing
like a night out with good food and great group of friends with endless amounts of conversations to complete the week. And these are my amazing company in no order
of importance :

{2} Doreen Kartika {3} Yue Han {4} Kar Yin & Zhan Wei {5}Woozy {7} Kar Mun
{8}Kay Lee {9} Yxin & Shermaine {10} Chongwu {11}Kimmy {12} Joyce {13} See

-_-

skype conversations between me and kimmy. it really does feel like we're halfway to
our deaths. ugh. se-teh-resssssed. cannot wait till tomorrow night. my sushi and green
curry awaits me!

*le sigh* im eating so much i think im gonna roll myself back to Malaysia come June.

the weekend

tell me, how does one jump back into the reality of assignments and 11am monday
morning deadlines after a weekend like that? boleh mati kotttttt.

[edit] phews. 2hours of sleep, a packet of maltesers, a short visit to house 50 to watch
some funnily drunk friends passout and i made it. :D

seeing double

who says you can't have a picnic in super cold weather. got back from grocery shopping on Sunday and had a random urge to picnic in the field since the sky was so clear and
sun was out. Doreen, Joyce & Kimi layan-ed my request and soon we got ChongWu & Yue Han to join us.  The sun was setting quick so we kept moving ourselves further and
further into the field according to where the light was shining. We sat there bundled up in our thick jackets (don't let the sunlight bluff you) munching on all kind of junkfood
bought from Asda taking our own silly pictures, watching others play football and having people passing by stare at this bunch of Asians picnicking in the cold.

anyways, thought i'd try something different with the way i present pictures on this space. fell in love with some multiple exposures done by a Leica on flickr, so here's
my photoshopped version.
