on English grounds

From when we took a walk in Hyde Park one autumn evening sometime last year when the family came over for graduation. In this current blistering heat, looking at the cool tones of these images reminded me of all the wonderful things about the cold.

staying in all day in cosy wool knit sweaters, the natural blush you get from a walk back home in strong winds, snoods and how they support your neck during long train rides, the glowing amber of autumn leaves under your feet, adorable babies in tiny winter clothes.

Wise words from two very wise men of God:

“ The person that does God’s will for their life is the most fulfilled and satisfied person.” Ps. David “Are we aware that the life God put in us is a divine life which cannot exist but through Him?”  Ps. Eldos

In the light of deciding what I want to make of my life ahead of me. Over the last couple of weeks, God has once again cemented His reassurance in me through these words.I might not know what the future holds, but I know who holds my future.
